Its been a while…
and I’m sorry. I havent been in here for a little over a week. Last week I was away most of the week and have to admit, I didnt do much exercising. I managed to lose 1 pound last week but feel like I dont have too much of a reason to be upset because I definitely didnt move my butt or drink my water like I needed to.
So here’s to a new week. Exercised tonight right after work. Currently working on getting all my water in. Feeling pretty good. Here’s to a successful week. Hope all of you are doing well!
Week 3 of running …
Moved on to week 2 in running program. OMG it kicked my ass. It’s amazing how much harder adding an additional 30 seconds of jogging to each interval is! I thought I was going to die. Somehow, I made it through. Once I was done, I felt alot better .
On a side note, I am loving MyFitnessPal.com - LOVE it. Scanning the bar codes of the things I eat is so easy and it keeps track- I’m addicted :)
